Oak Hill partners with organizations in training coaches and leaders that are committed to a competitive, healthy, and Christ-centered culture. We believe that our impact for the kingdom is best served through excellent athletics, defined culture, and a competitive landscape.
Oak Hill offers 6 training modules for athletic programs. We believe these are essential for athletic programs desiring to develop a strong culture and competitive environment that will have an impact on student-athletes and the school community.
Leadership Coaching (OH7 Groups)
Compelling Christian athletic leaders to pursue excellence and impact the marketplace for the kingdom through strategy, influence, and accountability.
OH7 Groups bring together leaders in the Christian athletic community to collectively impact the athletic marketplace. We are passionate about seeing organizations that are growing, leading, and innovating. We know:
- That if we aren't proactive that we can quickly develop blindspots, allow apathy to set in, and lose our ultimate focus in our Kingdom call.
- That we need to be continually evaluating, receiving feedback, and engaging with our organization, teams, and culture.
- That there is exponential value when bringing high-level leaders together, driving each other to excellence, and holding each other accountable.
The bottom line is that leaders are better when in consistent proximity with other like-minded leaders. If we truly want to grow and develop influence in sports and athletics, then we must collectively come together in small group cohorts to develop, strategize, and influence. OH7 provides the framework, personnel, and accountability to accomplish this.
Athletic Audit
Our athletic audit is a multi -layer approach to assessing your organization and providing you with valuable information and strategies for the future. The athletic audit is tailor -made to your needs as an organization, as there is a detailed partnership between your leaders and Oak Hill to determine the scope and sequence of the audit.

Internal survey:
Our athletics assessment is delivered to athletic leadership, staff, and coaches. The survey includes inquiries related to Staffing, Staff Culture, Staff Roles & Development, Mission/Vision/Values Clarity, Funding, Structural Efficiency & Clarity, Communication Clarity, Communication Frequency, Leadership Effectiveness, Leadership Processes, Facilities, and External Factors.

On-campus visit:
We come on-site for 1-2 days to meet with key constituents. This includes a time to gather information and assess organizational health and culture

Outcome Document:
Our 12-point outcome document outlines findings including strengths, weaknesses, and potential blindspots, and delivers recommendations to address each area

Continued Partnership and Consulting:
Oak Hill will partner with your organization in a consulting role for six months to help develop strategies based on the findings, individual coaching of leaders, and/or development of implementation plans.
