Every athletic program wants to excel, win more games, have the best coaches, best athletes, and become the very best it can be. At Oak Hill Consulting, we are excited to see your program succeed, compete at the highest level, and become great and it's our desire to help you get there. We specialize in elevating athletic programs at Christian universities and high schools to the highest level. Our approach balances the desire for competitive success and the importance of an impactful and lasting culture within athletic teams.
What is most important?
Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that personal development, team culture, and lasting relationships are more significant than just victories and titles. However, we understand that when schools approach athletic excellence, accomplishments and achievements are important both individually and collectively. Oak Hill Consulting is all about athletic excellence, not just in wins and championships, but by developing an excellent culture within all of their athletic teams.
What is our passion?
We are passionate about seeing organizations that are growing, leading, and innovating. A thriving organization needs to be continually evaluating, receiving feedback, and engaging with its department, teams, and culture. Our experience has shown that the most cherished memories of athletes are not simply the wins, but rather the experiences, memories, and lifelong leadership development gained through being a part of a team. We truly believe that when team culture and program excellence are the focus, the wins and accomplishments will come.
What we do.
We offer comprehensive athletic audits and assessments to identify strengths, areas for improvement, potential risks, and opportunities for growth in athletic departments. Beyond assessments, we partner with athletic directors and departments in a strategic journey, providing ongoing support, feedback, and guidance. Our goal is to help Christian athletic programs not only succeed in competition at the highest level but also become leaders in fostering an excellent, enduring culture.
What we believe.
Since we first began coaching, mentoring, and leading together back in 2005, we have come to understand that "What you BELIEVE, how you BEHAVE, and who you BECOME is ultimately GREATER than what you ACCOMPLISH or ACHIEVE.” We speak from personal experience, the wins and the championships are important and are great at the moment, but a healthy team culture and its effects last a lifetime and have an impact on your coaches and student athletes now and in the future.
